The Harvard Gold Mine in Jamestown, California has distinct gold formations unlike anywhere else in the world. The gold has a very shiny mirror like surface and is often thin ribbon gold with fantastic lines and trigon crystal formations on the surface. It's magnificent and rare. The mine has been closed for many years and has filled with water. There is no more gold coming from this location.
