Certainly one of my favorites that we've recently sourced. A Very faceted and defined gold crystal specimen from the Yukon. The color is brilliant and there are many modified octahredronal gold crystals that blanket the surface - A truly fascinating 8 grams of gold!
You must understand the rarity of this gold piece. Gold nuggets are rare - gold nuggets with any crystalized formations are extremely rare and are about 98% more rare than a gold nugget. Add to that, its location - we almost never see gold crystal, let alone of this caliber, from the Yukon/Alaska region. Yes, these recently sourced crystals are certainly some of the rarest and most captivating gold I've ever seen.
Weight: 8.37 grams (129.10 grains)
Dimensions: 1-2/16" by 9/16" or 28mm by 15mm.
