One of my favorites that we've recently sourced. Very sharp and defined cluster of hoppered octahedron and trigon gold crystals blanket the top, sprouting in all direction. The bottom half is thinner plate gold that has wonderful hoppering and heavy texture. Certainly a rare piece - especially considering its location and we almost never see gold crystal, let alone of this caliber, from the Yukon/Alaska region. This is one from a small handful we recently sourced from an "out of the way" small mine in the Tintina Gold Belt of the Yukon.
Weight: 4.5 grams (69.50 grains)
Dimensions: 3/4" by 11/16" or 19mm by 15mm.
