A very rare gold crystal specimen from the Yukon. It has several fine but sturdy plates that make it a very dimensional piece. The surface has a brilliant flattened crystal structure and the color is a warm buttery gold - a brilliant piece. This is one from a small batch that we've recently sourced from a mine in the Yukon. Gold nuggets with a crystal structure are almost unheard of from the Yukon and Alaska territories. Our source for these very rare Yukon gold crystals has asked us to keep the mine undisclosed due to the rarity of the recent find. We feel very fortunate to be able to offer such fantastic gold from the region and it has taken us years to finally source gold crystals from the Alaska/Yukon region...they are just that rare!
