A beautiful branching wire gold form on this gold crystal specimen. It has a very shiny surface with some intricate detail. This gold specimen comes from the famous Round Mountain gold mine in Nye County, Nevada. The gold from this location is celebrated around the world by collectors and investors for its unique and fascinating crystal forms. Sadly, as of 2016, the mine has stopped preserving any specimen gold when they discover a pocket. they now just blast and bucket all the rock and gold together and melt the gold into bullion.
