What a truly amazing natural piece of gold. Layers upon layers of leaf and plate gold weaved together and made into a phenomenal and extremely rare gold specimen worthy of a museum. Not only is it rare to see a cluster of leaf gold, but if you look at the up-close photos, you'll see flattened and hoppered trigon crystals on the individual leaves (take a look at the last photo in which I've pointed some of them out). This is a collectors dream piece and one of those rare pieces of gold that I contemplated not offering for sale and keeping for myself. It is truly a magnificent work of art from the earth's rare elements.
