Beautiful gold specimen from Round Mountain Mine in Nye County, Nevada. Dendritic gold is very rare, especially a piece of this quality. Wonderful long rows of gold crystals that end in very faceted trigon gold crystals. The bottom half has a very precise herringbone formation. This gold specimen is a very good example of just how fascinating pocket mine gold can be. Please note, this specimen is very delicate and fragile and should be handled with extreme care if removed from its case.
