Currently my only specimen from this rare location. Mt Kare has produced some amazing gold specimens and this one is a terrific example of the unique gold from the region. It has a very intricate crystal structure with long modified octahedron crystals jetting out and one of the crystals has a dendritic surface (like a palm leaf growing from the base) - fascinating on both sides.
