One of my favorite gold nuggets from the small handful that I recently acquired from a prospector in Alaska and was found in the Denali National Park of the Alaska Interior. Mining has been banned in most of Denali National Park and this gold nugget was found in the early 1980's in the Caribou Creek area of the park. I have approximately 30 gold nuggets form this area and its uncertain if I'll get more as the prospector didn't want to part ways with too many of his rare gold treasures and I was only able to purchase a few ounces. When these are gone, they're gone and I'm not sure I'll get more.
