A very clean and bright gold crystal with some slightly eroded hoppering on one side from Georgetown, Queensland, Australia. Most gold found in Australia is nugget type gold, but not crystalized. In fact, less than a tenth of one percent is considered crystalized gold and it is the rarest gold in the world. After much searching for Australian gold crystals, I was finally able to source a small handful from varied locations on the mainland. The gold crystals from Georgetown are brilliant and each very unique.
