A piece that certainly caught my eye with the brilliant gold color and sharp leaf gold that jets off in several directions. The individual leaves have some very precise trigon crystals laying on the surface which makes this piece a bit more rare from just crystalline gold in quartz. A very delicate specimen from a historic location. The 16 to 1 Mine was the bellwether in its time and produced millions of ounces of gold, the majority of which was melted down into bullion. The mine is still in production today.
