A very unusual and magnificent gold in quartz specimen from Lake View Consols Gold Mine in Western Australia. A thick and sturdy jagged leaf gold that tappers on one side and is almost straight on the other side. The surface is micro crystalized and resembles a reptile skin. The gold jets up from a white and brown stripped quartz base and the specimen looks so uniform that it reminds me of a prehistoric knife from a caveman. Very unique and probably one of those rare pieces that I'll never see anything like again.
